Step 1
Measure around the body directly under the bust while wearing a bra. If the measurement is an even number add 2", if an odd number add 3".
example: 44" + 2" = 46"
45" + 3" = 48"
This indicates the frame size.
Step 2
Measure around the fullest part of the bust. This is the bustline measurement. The cup size is given by the difference between the bustline measurement and the frame size.
Compare bustline measurement to frame measurement
If difference is: 1" 2" 3" 4" 5" 6" 7" 8" 9" 10"
Then cup size is: A B C D DD F G H I J
Example A:
Step 1: Underbust measurement is 44" add 2". Frame size is 46".
Step 2: Bustline measurement is 49"
Step 3: 49"-46" = 3" difference,
which is Cup size C.
Result: Buy a 46C bra. Example B:
Step 1: Underbust measurement is 45". Add 3". Frame size is 48".
Step 2: Bustline measurement is 53".
Step 3: 53" - 48" = 5" difference,
which is Cup size DD.
Result: Buy a 48DD bra.
Selon eux, avec mes mesures (40" en dos et 49/50" en poitrine) je ferais du 42G/H.

Measuring
Bra Sizes - Bra sizing is made up of two components. - the band size (38, 40, 42, 44, etc.) and the cup size (C, D, DD, DDD, etc.)
When measuring, wear your best fitting, unpadded, most comfortable bra. This will position the bust correctly. Do not wear a minimizer or sports bra.
Band Size - Standing sideways in front of a mirror, measure under the arms just beneath the breasts (1st measurement ). Make sure the tape is parallel to the floor. If it is an odd number add an inch. That is your band size.
Cup Size - For cup size (2nd measurement) measure around the fullest part of bust. Refer to the table below to determine cup size based on the difference between the two measurements.
For example: If the 1st measurement is 39 inches, you would add an inch, for 40 inches. If the fullest part of the bust measures 43 inches, the difference is 3 inches (from the original measurement), and according to the chart below the bra size is 40C.

Ils rappellent que les 3/4 des femmes portent une mauvaise taille de soutif, mouais je ne vois rien d'étonnant vu les chartes

C'est décourageant, et en plus, si ça ne va pas... Je ne pense pas qu'on puisse renvoyer, trop cher...
Je suis très ennuyée car en plus je ne suis même pas sûre de ma taille (j'ai changé de taille depuis la grossesse et mes soutifs d'allaitement soutiennent très mal, donc dur de mesurer).
Plus trop là, pour le moment...
