Tracking queries - UK
To track your order simply follow the links provided on your dispatch email and on our website in the 'My Orders' section.
Tracking queries - International including Republic of Ireland
Unfortunately we are not able to track international parcels. Although most arrive quicker, please allow up to 14 working days before querying your parcel.
Cancelling or changing your order
Unfortunately, once your order has been placed we are not able to cancel or change it.
Stock queries
Unfortunately we are unable to provide information on when more stock is arriving however, we do update our websites regularly so its always worth checking more than once. Stores can also order items for you from our main Warehouse; just follow the Store Locator links to find the telephone number of your local store.
Promotions issues
If your promotion code hasnt worked, you do not need to email us again as we will refund the discount you are entitled to within the next 3-5 working days. Only one promotion code can be used per order and we are not responsible for codes obtained from discount code websites or blogs.
