Citation:Sabrina: OK, then we would be happy to have you send the item back to us
for a full refund.
Elisabeth: Er... the problem is... I'm in France, so sending it back to
you would cost me a little bit too much...
Elisabeth: As is, I bought it during the 50% off clearances and it was
like $ 17.
Sabrina: We would be happy to credit you back for the cost of the shipping
as well. Just send it back through regular international shipping and
include a copy of the shipping receipt and we will credit you back for that
as well! Once we are able to take a look at the item and determine that it
was a manufacturers defect, we will credit back your account.
Elisabeth: Ok then, I'll send it back through regular French postal
services. Do I need to mention any reference number ?
Sabrina: Unfortunately we will have to look at the item and confirm that
it was a manufacturers defect in order to process the return.
Sabrina: Please write SPECIAL RETURN ATTENTION MONICA ARAIZA.
Elisabeth: (I suppose I can't hope having part of the original shipping
cost refunded as well ? It has become so expensive...)
Elisabeth: and since weight is a factor...
Sabrina: Yes I do understand, we may be able to calculate that for you as
well once we get the return one back to us.
Sabrina: I will put notes in the order reguarding that for you.
